Crystal Palace announced the official departure of six players this morning after the club earned promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League at the start of this month.
Annabel Johnson, Polly Doran, Anna Filbey, Shauna Guyatt, Natalia Negri, and Ellie Noble will all depart the South London club upon the expiration of their contracts this coming summer.
“We sincerely wish to thank each of them for all that they gave both on and off the pitch during their time in the Red & Blue.”
The Eagles will also enter the top flight without a further six players who helped them achieve league promotion, all due to the expiration of their loan stays with the club.
Demi Lambourne (Leicester City), Ria Percival (Tottenham Hotspur), Lexi Potter (Chelsea), Araya Dennis (Tottenham Hotspur), Lucy Watson (Chelsea), Keira Barry (Manchester United) – all six players will return to their respective parent clubs upon the conclusion of the Barclays Women’s Super League season.
