England have announced their official player squad for upcoming EURO Qualifying fixtures with Sweden and Republic of Ireland. The Lionesses currently occupy third position in their group (A3), with a tally of seven points to the side’s name.
Embed from Getty ImagesSarina Wiegman’s side have been dealt major injury blows for the July window, as Lotte Wubben-Moy and Lauren James both withdraw from the squad with injury concerns. Goalkeeper Kayla Rendell has also withdrawn from the squad.
Mary Earps and Niamh Charles remain unavailable due to injury, but will both travel with the side to continue their rehabilitation programs with the Lionesses squad.
Orlando Pride’s Anna Moorhouse has been named in the revised squad, in what will be the goalkeeper’s debut camp with the senior squad.
England will face Republic of Ireland on July 12th at Carrow Road.
