Leicester City have signed Olivia Clark on a permanent deal from FC Twente.

The goalkeeper replaces Lize Kop following her move to Tottenham Hotspur, becoming the Foxes’ first signing of the January transfer window, but head coach Amandine Miquel hopes to make further additions to her squad.

The 23-year-old is currently preparing for UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 – Wales’ first major tournament – and found minutes hard to come by after moving to FC Twente in the summer from Bristol City.

Clark has 25 senior caps for her country, and told her new club “I’m excited to get going. I can develop myself here; I’ve got everything I need.”
