London City Lionesses have signed forward Nikita Parris from Brighton & Hove Albion following the side’s recent promotion to the WSL.
Parris, who joined the Seagulls from Manchester United in summer of 2024, has penned a two-year deal with the London club. The 31-year-old played an instrumental role in Brighton’s fifth-place finish in the 2024/25 season, their best in league history.
Parris lauds London City’s ‘ambitious project’
London City secured promotion in a final day victory over second-place Birmingham City in the Women’s Championship, now named the WSL2.
“I’m excited,” Parris said. “It’s a very ambitious project and I’m really looking forward to meeting all the girls and getting started.
“The project here aligns with the challenges I want to meet and the goals I want to achieve. I’m going to give my all to make sure the team progresses.”
