Disney+ has been announced as the new home of the UEFA Women’s Champions League in Australia and New Zealand.

The UEFA Women’s Champions League will return to the pitch this week, with the latest 18-team format set to head underway between Europe’s best. Fans in Australia have been wondering where to stream all of the action live, as several Australians return to Europe’s biggest stage.

ESPN have announced that Disney+ will be the home of all Women’s Champions League matches for the 2025/26 season, following a long-term deal for exclusive media rights. ESPN will produce all live Champions League matches for the 2025/26 season for Disney+, with selected fixtures also set to feature on ESPN and ESPN2 throughout the campaign.

The Champions League kicks off on Wednesday October 8 for Australian viewers, who will be treated to some blockbuster fixtures from 3:45am. Matildas stars Steph Catley, Kyra Cooney-Cross and Caitlin Foord will be back in action at 6am E.D.T as Arsenal prepare to face-off against eight-time winners Lyon and Australian compatriot Teagan Micah.

Winonah Heatley will suit up for AS Roma, whilst Chelsea stars Sam Kerr and Ellie Carpenter prepare for their Champions League return.
